Bunch Swiss Chard
½ - 1 onion sliced
Cheese- crumbly cheese is best, but any cheese will do!
Tortillas- I prefer corn or millet.
Remove stems from chard and slice like you would celery. Cut leaves into 1-inc squares.
In butter or the oil of your choice, sautee chard stems, minced garlic, sliced onion with any spices that you like (salt, pepper, cumin etc), until onions are soft.
Add chard leaves and continue cooking on low heat until the leaves are wilted, adding water if needed (about 10 minutes).
Lay out your tortilla and add about two scoops of the mixture, sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
