- ½ - 1 lb Bok Choi
- 3-4 Sweet Salad Turnips
- 1 -2 Scallions
- Olive Oil
- Lemon or some salad vinager (optional)
- Salt and Pepper (optional)
Cut the leaves (including the stem) of the choi in half lengthwise and then slice. Dice the other vegetables. Finally, toss together with oil. It is just that simple
Bok Choi is juicy and has a rich flavor. Because of this, variations never get old. Chop it, add something crunchy, or something green (head lettuce, tatsoi, you name it...) and there you go, delicious.
