Summer squash to match the size of your appetite
Parmesan- grated thin or thick
Minced Oregano- Pull out thicker stems but leave in minceables for extra flavor!
Shave the squash as thin as you can. If available, a mandolin is helpful, but if not, a knife and some craft will do.
Layer the ingredients in a bowl or pan in single layers starting with the Summer Squash. The layers can be as thin or thick as you like, to match your ingredients or your taste.
